Hi Ray:

Just wanted to send you all a quick note regarding my order..

I knew it was time for a new PC.. i have been building my own all these years, but decided i needed to find a place that would custom-build them with quality parts, and with the care that I employed when building for myself and others.

When a co-worker recommended TPI, i thought, when the time comes, i'll give them a try. It was the right choice..

The order arrived on time, and built as promised. I appreciate the notifications regarding the minor ordering problem i had, and further notifications when the order was received and shipped. Prices were very reasonable, and I can honestly say I have found my source for parts and custom-built machines. I work in the IT field, and my co-workers build machines and fix them as I do. I have already recommended TPI to several of them. NIcely done, everyone.

Ray,

I thought I would just drop you a note and tell you that the system is working great. I finally got everything installed and games downloaded and they are running great.

I have had one issue with the fact that the system started resetting.

I attached two pictures that describes what ended up being the root cause to the issue. It has to do with the case design and the location of the reset button, you will see in the pictures.

I wish all problems were this easy to debug and solve.

Chip,

Just a brief note of appreciation for you and Darren. After picking up the new system you guys put together for me it took only a couple of days to acquire, install, configure, setup, register and tune the new Windows 7 and all the applications I had to replace. Only two data loss issues arose, both my fault. Lost all Internet Explorer favorites and all the XaraX graphic files I'd built over the years. The XaraX files were not stored on the old system in the normal way and I forgot to move them. And I never even tried to save the favorites from IE8 - missed it entirely.

Now, 5 days later, I'm pretty settled in with it and it's working really well. Overall, it went faster than I had anticipated, the Win 7 learning curve was flatter and there were fewer issues than I had expected. So, just wanted to say, "Thank you."

HI Chip,

I just wanted to tell you again how pleased I am with my new custom built "Photo Editing" Computer from Technology Partners. As you know I came to you when I couldn't find anything like I wanted anywhere in Arizona. I had check out all the web sites, and gone to innumerable "computer" stores. Nothing.

I'm a photographer and even though I am 69 years old, I knew I wanted a screaming CPU and video board. I was tired of Photoshop taking forever to do things. So, when I came in you sat me down and you patiently went through the options one by one. When you told me about the solid state hard drive, that's when my ears perked up. You discussed the pros and cons and I included it with my system. As a result, the Microsoft speed index on my computer is 7.1, which is a huge increase from my last computer.

As it turned out the extra monitor, I wanted wasn't available, so Frank loaned me a better one to take with me to Sedona, where I live. Then, when mine arrived, TPI paid for the postage to send it back It is clear Technology Partners spells CUSTOMER SERVICE in capital letters -- at a time when most companies, unfortunately, don't even know how to spell it.

Hello,

My name is Lionel Varvel and I had TPI build a computer for me almost 3 years ago. I bought the 3 year warranty also.

About 2 months ago I had some issues with the computer and I brought it in to be serviced. I met with Frank and he said it would be fixed. I continued to have some problems with the machine and I had to bring it back 4 or 5 times but the point I want to make is that Frank never questioned the fact that I had a need and was extremely nice and helpful during this whole process, even if it could possibly be a software issue or something I did ( I am not a computer guru by any means).

The computer is now working perfectly again as the day I first brought it home. Many hours and parts were replaced to make me a happy customer and all with a smile and for that I am a loyal TPI customer for life.

Hi Raymond,

The new system is fantastic. Typical of how things go, after getting a new computer yesterday, I had almost no free time to hook it up, but I did get it hooked up late last night and had a chance to spend some time looking around. The performance is amazing, and the build quality is excellent; your crew does very good work. It's really nice to see a store spend the extra effort during the set up process that it's obvious went into this.

Consider the $100 difference after switching out the sound card and power supply a tip for the staff. This is a great system, well worth the cost, and I agree the on-board sound quality is as good as the X-Fi cards produce..

Thank you again for the extra effort to get it right before shipping it. I'll definitely be a repeat customer. :)
