Ray:

Just a quick note to tell you that I was totally satisfied with my purchase from Technology Partners. I ordered a bare bones PC a while back, and want you to know that the service was awesome, my order was delivered on time as promised, and after about 2 years now the machine is still working perfectly. I am now planning on purchasing another bare bones machine in the near future, and I have no reason to go anywhere else but Technology Partners for that purchase. Keep up the great work.

thanks,

Kevin

I just purchased my third pc from Technology Partners and, as always, I'm thrilled with the result. They have very competitive prices, quick service, and a full array of options to customize your computer to meet your needs. And because it's not proprietary hardware, you can upgrade or replace your components as needed. Best of all, they are local and that makes a difference. Whenever my friends ask me about purchasing computers, I tell them about Technology Partners. For me, there is no better choice!

To whom it may concern, for well over a decade Strictly Business Systems, Inc. has been using TPI as our main component wholesaler and system builder. Over those years we have received nothing but top notch Service and Products. There have been numerous times where the staff and TPI have come to our rescue with system and or component deliveries and acquisition. The tech support we have received over the years has been fantastic! It's like having your own IT staff without having to pay the salary and benefits. If you are a small company and looking to expand your IT capabilities TPI is your answer. If you are a small IT company and looking to handle those "Big" jobs, TPI is your answer. We look forward to many many more years of business with Raymond and the courteous staff at TPI!

Technology Partners Incorporated (TPI) has provided me with reliable service and products for over 20 years. During those years parts that were covered under warranty were replaced promptly and without question. I buy components and put the system together regularly.

Every once in a while I encounter a problem a problem that I need assistance with and their staff is always ready to help. TPI's staff is knowledgeable and up to date as new products and operating systems evolve.

I recommend TPI to people asking for a good place to purchase computers and computer components at a fair price.

To whom it may concern:

I am a single person IT Department for a Phoenix based Healthcare organization of more than 600 employee's. I could not do this by myself without the assistance of a few select vendors, and one in particular, Technology Partners here in Phoenix, Arizona.

I started doing business with Technology Partners in the mid-1990's when I was running my own computer service company. The owner and employees at Technology Partners have always been very helpful and allow me to focus on my job rather than the failures that come with buying big brand name computer, such as HP or Dell. I can't even remember the last time I had a computer failure and when it does happen they are always there to replace or repair without any questions asked.

They build our computers the way I always did when I was building them myself, using only top quality c omponents which is why the failure rate is so rare. You will never find cheap, unreliable product doing business with Technology Partners, which is why I have no remorse in recommending them for all of your computer related purchasing.

Hi Ray:

Just wanted to send you all a quick note regarding my order..

I knew it was time for a new PC.. i have been building my own all these years, but decided i needed to find a place that would custom-build them with quality parts, and with the care that I employed when building for myself and others.

When a co-worker recommended TPI, i thought, when the time comes, i'll give them a try. It was the right choice..

The order arrived on time, and built as promised. I appreciate the notifications regarding the minor ordering problem i had, and further notifications when the order was received and shipped. Prices were very reasonable, and I can honestly say I have found my source for parts and custom-built machines. I work in the IT field, and my co-workers build machines and fix them as I do. I have already recommended TPI to several of them. NIcely done, everyone.

thanks again..

Charley

Ray,

I thought I would just drop you a note and tell you that the system is working great. I finally got everything installed and games downloaded and they are running great.

I have had one issue with the fact that the system started resetting.

I attached two pictures that describes what ended up being the root cause to the issue. It has to do with the case design and the location of the reset button, you will see in the pictures.

I wish all problems were this easy to debug and solve.

Thanks again for your help and the new system

Chip,

Just a brief note of appreciation for you and Darren. After picking up the new system you guys put together for me it took only a couple of days to acquire, install, configure, setup, register and tune the new Windows 7 and all the applications I had to replace. Only two data loss issues arose, both my fault. Lost all Internet Explorer favorites and all the XaraX graphic files I'd built over the years. The XaraX files were not stored on the old system in the normal way and I forgot to move them. And I never even tried to save the favorites from IE8 - missed it entirely.

Now, 5 days later, I'm pretty settled in with it and it's working really well. Overall, it went faster than I had anticipated, the Win 7 learning curve was flatter and there were fewer issues than I had expected. So, just wanted to say, "Thank you."

Extending peace.

HI Chip,

I just wanted to tell you again how pleased I am with my new custom built "Photo Editing" Computer from Technology Partners. As you know I came to you when I couldn't find anything like I wanted anywhere in Arizona. I had check out all the web sites, and gone to innumerable "computer" stores. Nothing.

I'm a photographer and even though I am 69 years old, I knew I wanted a screaming CPU and video board. I was tired of Photoshop taking forever to do things. So, when I came in you sat me down and you patiently went through the options one by one. When you told me about the solid state hard drive, that's when my ears perked up. You discussed the pros and cons and I included it with my system. As a result, the Microsoft speed index on my computer is 7.1, which is a huge increase from my last computer.

As it turned out the extra monitor, I wanted wasn't available, so Frank loaned me a better one to take with me to Sedona, where I live. Then, when mine arrived, TPI paid for the postage to send it back It is clear Technology Partners spells CUSTOMER SERVICE in capital letters -- at a time when most companies, unfortunately, don't even know how to spell it.

Thanks

Jerry

Hello,

My name is Lionel Varvel and I had TPI build a computer for me almost 3 years ago. I bought the 3 year warranty also.

About 2 months ago I had some issues with the computer and I brought it in to be serviced. I met with Frank and he said it would be fixed. I continued to have some problems with the machine and I had to bring it back 4 or 5 times but the point I want to make is that Frank never questioned the fact that I had a need and was extremely nice and helpful during this whole process, even if it could possibly be a software issue or something I did ( I am not a computer guru by any means).

The computer is now working perfectly again as the day I first brought it home. Many hours and parts were replaced to make me a happy customer and all with a smile and for that I am a loyal TPI customer for life.

Thank you for showing me how much you appreciate my business.

Sincerely,

Lionel Varvel

Hi Raymond,

The new system is fantastic. Typical of how things go, after getting a new computer yesterday, I had almost no free time to hook it up, but I did get it hooked up late last night and had a chance to spend some time looking around. The performance is amazing, and the build quality is excellent; your crew does very good work. It's really nice to see a store spend the extra effort during the set up process that it's obvious went into this.

Consider the $100 difference after switching out the sound card and power supply a tip for the staff. This is a great system, well worth the cost, and I agree the on-board sound quality is as good as the X-Fi cards produce..

Thank you again for the extra effort to get it right before shipping it. I'll definitely be a repeat customer. :)

I recently purchased a new computer system and was impressed with the quality of customer service given. It's rare to get the level of service you present these days. You were eager to solve my issues quickly and with no arguement. I would recommend your establishment to any of my friends and business contacts with computer needs.

To Whom It May Concern:

Technology Partners has served as a vendor of PC products, including components and complete systems, to the Mars Space Flight Facility at Arizona State University for more than two years.

TPI has proved to be a reliable vendor with fast service and support, and is the first vendor I think of for bulk components orders and one-off system builds. Specifically I've worked closely with Chip McTiernan, Director of Corporate Sales, who I have found to be an excellent vendor contact and responsive to the ever-changing needs of our facility.

Sincerely,

To Whom It May Concern:

On behalf of Glendale Community College's Office of Information Technology, I would like to extend sincere appreciation for the exceptional customer service received from Chip McTiernan over the last several weeks.

Chip went above and beyond the call of duty to serve the college's needs by accommodating multiple unique circumstances while meeting important deadlines. In addition to his professionalism, his assistance to split a large order shipment of computer cases, and his research to solve last minute issues with an express delivery of floppy drives, contributed to the success of our project. We have been tremendously impressed and will seek to work with Technology Partners for future needs.

If you have any further questions, or if I can be of assistance to provide details, please contact me at 623.845.3475.

Being part of a large corporation typically means dealing with global vendors, but when situations occurred that they couldn’t handle I called TPI! My previous business and personal experiences with TPI gave me the confidence to recommend them for the large volume orders I needed to do my job. They came through time and time again when my team needed them to. Thanks TPI!

Hello Tam,

I just bought my 3rd or 4th pc from you. I have been buying for years now. Chip was as kind and nice this time as he was last time. BTW-I think he needs a new pc, took him awhile to search for my info.

I really appreciate being able to come to you and have questions answered and be able to buy a pc that I can rely on. My last one (2008) is still in good condition. I have had no problems. I just need to upgrade to play on line games.

Thanks so much for running an honest, friendly business that sells quality products at a reasonable cost.

Chip,

My Sister in law got the computer today as you know. I was actually able to walk her through setting up her e-mail over the phone. She loves how fast it is and it is working great.

Fortunately she had all of her pictures and music backed up. She has several days of work to do installing her apps and such but she loves how fast it is. Her old PC was Windows XP so she is also learning that.

She has always said that the previous PC you made her was the best she ever had, and I told her this will be the same.

Now I have to fight with SRP to see if they will take responsibility for what they did to her old system.

I wanted to make sure you knew all was well with it and she is very happy with it.

With her being disabled the internet has been a godsend in her being able to have more independence and not depend on others as much. People do not realize that most disabled people want to be independent and the internet and a computer help with that.

My guess is it will be like all the systems I get from you and be very reliable.

She thanks you and I thank you for getting it to her so quickly.

Scott
