Where do you ship from?
All orders ship directly from our Phoenix headquarter. This is where our custom PCs and Laptops are built and assembled.
What type of carriers do you use?
We use these major carriers to ship items: UPS and FedEx. If you like to use a different carrier, please contact support@tpi-us.com.
What is my shipping fees?
Shipping cost is calculated on a "per order" or "per item" basis and is based on purchase amount. We sometimes offer free shipping for specific products. Below is the general shipping fees:

Where is my orders?
You will receive an email as soon as your order has been shipped with your tracking number. Tracking information should be available 24-hours after receiving your tracking number.
